RSS Latest News - Blogging or Blagging?
The RSS latest news suggests that RSS can stand for 'Really Simple Syndication', 'Rich Site Summary' or probably other interpretations of the acronym. An RSS tool is one that can deliver the technology where it is required. RSS is simple technology that allows anyone to easily publish information from their web sites on to alert subscribers to the existence of new and fresh information. So what is an RSS tool? An RSS Tool Using RSS, you as a publisher can also syndicate your information to other web masters using the RSS technology. Marketing articles are a well known source of traffic to web sites, and delivering the message using an RSS is a very powerful way to deliver traffic to your web site. Once your site has been spidered by the search engines, RSS can deliver fresh content by means of taking feeds from other sites. As long as you choose sites which have themed content, you will have regular fresh themed content on your web site. And the search engines will love it, period. I tried these techniques on four separate and diverse web sites, and in each case, I got the search engine spiders visiting me within days. This would take months under normal circumstances. This is not a panacea for your business though. You still need to deliver useful content and pre-sell your products effectively. But Blogs and RSS are wonderful tools that are here to stay.
